If your package has not yet been shipped for over 1 week after your order is placed, please contact us or click HEREto cancel your order as soon as possible.

Due to our limited stocks of clothing, some items sell out quickly. We try our best to replenish based on your needs, so send us the item and size you're interested in, including the product link, and our team will do our best to get you the item you need.

Please note that the measurement shown on the size chart is around 1-2 cm tolerance. Every product has its size chart on the page, and we use the measurement of cm to measure the product. If they don't fit you well, you could return the items. (Please check ourreturn policy)

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
